I had no problems at all at this dentist office. I did have to wait a bit but it wasn't long. I will probably come back.

I was overcharged when my daughter went. It was quite obvious that it wasn't right she had two cavities filled and ended up being charged nearly 3 times what I was charged out of pocket only a week earlier when I had two cavities filled. She asked them about it questioning what the insurance was paying as she knew what I had paid. They told her charges were different depending on what teeth were filled, although they had told her they were easy fillings and the cavities were not deep. I called and left a message telling them I felt I was grossly overcharged. They called back the next morning saying that her insurance was not entered in the computer, even though she had specifically asked about the insurance. They said they would probably be sending a refund after they received insurance. Why not just go ahead and refund overcharge now to my credit card.
