We had hints Lindahl's practice might have a less than stellar practice. They are much more focused on their business and 'building sales' than they are on their patients. The lady who sits the front desk is horribly rude. They lose records, can't operate their own systems, refuse to cooperate with other dentists and deflect their inept activities onto their patients and on to 'computer crashes'. We had hints from other dentists that this practice has problems, but we ignored them.
There are some good employes here, unfortunately they don't make up for issues.
About Front Desk: Ouch. She is a terrible person.
