Dr McCawley has been my dentist for years and I have watched while he runs through staff. He has had an extraordinary number of dental assistants and hygienists since I have been a patient there. I have heard him berate his staff in front of patients, it's very uncomfortable to witness these attacks. It is such a shame he can't get along with any of the women he hires because he is a good dentist. Maybe someday he'll learn how to treat his staff and to act in a more appropriate manner when patients are in the office.
About Hygienist: I have never had any complaints about any of the large number of hygienists he has employed.
