Can't happen in same day. Over booked or not enough staff. Not trustworthy, leaves you feeling like you are a number. Office staff is a bipolar atmosphere. Only person who seem to have it together was young girl at front desk. To many dentist in Nashville area. Look somewhere else.

Dr Hall and her staff were so pleasant that I hate to speak poorly, but the results were so horrible and have caused so much pain and stress that I felt I had to put out some warning. I had 11 fillings done all at one time, which I now understand should never have been permitted to do so in more than one quadrant of my mouth at a time so that I might have had some hope of being able to eat. I was left with terrible pain and jaw trouble that required at least 800mg of advil every 6 hours to even think straight (for at least a full month) even after 2 attempts by Dr Hall to adjust the bite. Dr Hall then stated that she had done all the adjusting possible to my bite and that my option was a nearly $800 mouth guard to alleviate the jaw pain that I had not had prior to her fillings. At this point, I was referred by friends to an amazing dentist in spring hill who spent 3 more visits continuing to adjust my bite to reduce pain before helping me with a mouth guard that cost under $400. Beyond the pain, I had one filling fall out after 2 months and another currently falling out after 6months, with discomfort in another 2. I chose dr hall on the recommendation of the Nashville Scene magazine and am sorely disappointed with both.

She is flat out great - have had cleanings, whitenings, and everything else for 3+ years of dental treatment and it has been great. Chair side manner is exceptional - very bright, attractive both in personality and appearance. I have recommended others to her and they are as pleased.
AS far as expense, she is no more expensive than any other good dentist.

It had been a few years since I had been to a dentist - Dr Hall was SUPERB. She completed the fillings for my daughter and myself with excellent care! Awesome Dental Experience from the front desk, assistant and the doctor. Thank you!

Dr. Hall is extremely skilled and is always willing to make room for you to come in, usually the same day, when you're in pain. Dr. Hall has years of extra schooling most dentists don't have, and it is very relaxing to have work done at her office. I feel I have had a few misunderstandings with the office manager, especially over treatment cost, patient responsibility and insurance coverage. Though I have felt a little akward a few times over these misunderstandings, when it was significant I just spoke with Dr. Hall and she made it completely right. The only other thing is that I feel like prescribing only 12 Lortab is a little chintzy after spending $1050 on a root canal. I mean, I think it's good to be careful to avoid creating painkiller addicts, but at the same time it's sorta lame to cut it so close in keeping someone out of pain, most of my dentists in the past were a lot more generous in this respect.

Dr. Hall and her staff represent the most pleasant dental experience that you can have. Dr. Hall's efficiency and knowledge along with her bedside manner is superior. I would recommend any of my friends and collegues to have their dental work done by her.
