Dr, Piccolo destroyed my bite leaving me in misery and chronic pain. I am now left with damaged TMJ's, open bite, airway restriction, collapsing teeth and am still looking for a dentist who can get me out of this incredible mess. He has NO understanding of occlusion and has NO business practicing. He fabricates repositioning devices (plastic splints) because this is where he makes his money. The man is a disgrace.

He attempted to do my implant restoration (the crown). It was so unsuccessful that it had to be removed and I will be losing all of my money, which was not covered by insurance. There was pain and discomfort during all four attempts which he could not resolve. These complications include: food entrapment and gum inflammation (the food went deep under the gum line), gum pressure pain, wrong color, malocclusion (wrong bite), the filing down of a neighboring (previously functioning) tooth which left a gap between the teeth and making it easier for food to get lodged. A simple thing like color was wrong to the end. Yet he claims he did "nothing wrong"! It's been a dental nightmare.

First of all his staff is unbelievable courteous. He has a wonderful manager who takes care of all the patients. They are very nice and always accommodating. My front teeth can chip at anytime and they always fit me in ASAP. Dr. Piccolo has amazing customer service and he doesn't talk to you as if you know all the medical dental terms. He speaks to you so you understand what he is going to do and the treatment you will receive. Dr. Piccolo has some of the best service also. His office is located on TPC Scottsdale Championship course. It provides a wonderful view while you are getting your work done on your teeth. I tell all my friends and family that I know in the area to switch to Dr. Piccolo. Everyone in his office has great customer service and I love going to the dentist now because of the experiences I have had with Dr. Piccolo.
About Hygienist: Very clean office, free bottled water, and a nice new patient gift.

Dr. Piccolo is an excellent dentist! The staff is very professional and does everything possible to provide excellent service. It never seems like you are even at a dentist office, always a pleasure and positive experience.

He is a very aggresive practioner and has done much damage to my bite. I switched to him, belIEving he undeRstood the idiosyncrasies of bite. I was so wrong. In the 9 months I saw him, all the adjustments he diD, set me back 5 years at a minimum, from the progress I had made in treating my TMJ disorder. I have been compelled to go back to my dentist in Albuquerque, who really does know what he's doing, unlike Dr. Piccolo. The damage he did, because of arrogance and poor training, is unforgiveable.

I have been going to Dr. Piccolo for 9-10 years and he is an amazing dentist and his work ethics are awesome. I would pay any amount for the type of treatment I recieve from him and his staff. His work is the work of a perfectionist. Doctor's just don't take the time to check on you and this is one thing Dr. Piccolo has impressed me with making a 5min call to check how your doing after a treatment.

Dr. Piccolo and staff have been very good with the services they provide and with calling and scheduling of the appointments. I have been with Dr. Piccolo for over 20yrs and would recommend him to anyone for quality work.

Describing Dr. Piccolo as a dentist doesn't do justice to his services, he is so much more when you consider his focus on jaw, gum and tooth health and how they work together. If you want the latest in best practices in a comfortable environment, there's no one else worth considering. I even continued to see his after I moved away from Arizona.

I used Dr Piccolo about 12 years ago, and lost track of him when he moved his office from Chandler to Scottsdale. I'm glad I located him again throuth this website.
I was recommeded to him by several OTHER dentists when I asked them "who would YOU like to have work on YOUR teeth". Sadly, due to insurance purposes, I had had to use other dentists after using Dr Piccolo.
HOwever, I always had fun, when I'd initially meet with the new dentist's hygenists...I'd tell them: "Watch this, when the dentist looks at my teeth he'll say WOW, who did your previous dental work? They did a great job!" Sure enough, we'd both laugh as soon as the dentist would say that!!
I think that's about as good as a recommendation as one can give!!

I have had the pleasure of going to Dr. Piccolo since 1991. Having discovered him as soon as I relocated to Scottsdale from the east coast.
His office is the ultimate in relaxation! It may seem strange to describe going to a dentist as relaxing, but the environment that Dr. Piccolo and his staff have created is unsurpassed in the dental world.
I have had many procedures over the years and have always been happy with the results.
Dr. Piccolo is the benchmark for which all others must be judged!
