Worst dental experience of my life. Went there in extreme pain and even having an appointment was made to wait 1 hr. 15 min. Then after tech did xray had to wait another 30 minutes. This was because the dentist was ripping up her receptionist in the nastiest tirade I've ever heard without profanity in full earshot of the patients. She threatend to dock her pay if she didn't get payment from patients! When she finally came in all she wanted to do was pull the aching tooth PLUS 5 or 6 more which did NOT need to be extracted. Refused to do a treatment my regular dentist had told me would get me out of pain until he could work me in the next day. It seems that since I wasn't going to change dentists she was going to "extract" as much from me as possible. I would not take my dog to this woman. Wretched experience!
About Hygienist: Very sweet, polite and symphathetic young lady. A bit nervous but after hearing the treatment of the receptionist I totally understand

My dental implants were painless and very affordable. They accepted my dental insurance, Delta Dental. The dentist had an excellent chair-side manner. Her voice was very soft and relaxing and she hummed during the procedure. The front desk staff was very professional and informative about my insurance plan. I highly recommend Smith Dental Center.
