I first went to Mindy Thompson in the spring of 2015 to get a set of dentures made. I was so excited that I was finally able to afford to get them made as I am elderly, and on disability. When i went for my first fitting, I noticed that the dentures were HUGE! They literally looked like a set of horse teeth. When I asked Mindy about the size, she informed me that she had made them big to help smooth some of the wrinkles from my upper lip! I have never felt so belittled in my entire life. I asked for a new set to be made and she refused to make another set or issue me a refund. When I saw another dentist to try to get them fixed, he informed me that the dentures had not been made properly and because they were not sealed correctly, they had developed mold between the teeth and the gums. So not only did I have a set of Horse Teeth for my $4000, but I had also been walking around with mold in my mouth day in and and out for months! BEWARE-Wolf in sheeps clothing!!

Highly recommend. I cannot get the fourth star to highlight but Dr. Thompson is a 4 star dentist. I would mark 5 if it were available.

I had two extractions, root canal, whitening & two partials.
I had no insurance, but put it on credit card & received 5%
discount. I chose to have gas, so was very calm with no pain.
I would recommend Dr. Mindy to anyone who needed a dentist.
The staff is wonderful.

After a unpleasant experience with a dentist years ago, I was
terrified to go to a dentist. Dr. Mindy was very patient with me,
also the other staff. I had a toothache, plus a number of other
things that needed to be taken care of. I was able to have gas,
so I was very calm. She recommended certain things that
would be better for my teeth, but she allowed me to make the
decision. It is worth the expense to have it done right, also for me
not to grip the arms of the dentist chair. I am so glad that that Dr.
Mindy & staff allowed me to be their patient. I look forward to
getting my teeth in good shape, so I can smile more. I would
recommend Dr. Mindy & staff to anyone that needed a great
dentist. I did not have insurance, however she gave me a 5 %
discount, since I put it on credit card.

After leaving Dr. Thompson's office, I felt the need to praise this practice and everyone in it.
I have read a few of the other reviews and cannot believe they are talking bad about this practice.
The same practice that I am willing to drive over an hour to get to after trialing at least 5 other practices in the area over the years prior to finding Dr. Thompson.
Dr. Thompson and her ENTIRE staff are professional, warm, caring and very helpful.
With what I know of this practice and what I over hear with how they interact with other patients, I feel the negative reviews may be part of a personal vendetta or slander against these fine folks and I feel it would be a shame for anyone to make a decision based on these reviews without trying this practice for themselves.
This team makes you feel as close as possible to a family atmosphere you can get.

About Hygienist: Lori is a great hygienist, she is easy going, thorough, great chair side manner. The 50 minutes included a battery of x-rays also

Great Office!! Dr. Thompson and staff is like family to us! We would recommend Dr Thompson to anyone who has a dental phobia or just needs an excellent dentist!

I have been coming to Dr. Thompson for 2 years now. She did two veneers for me and they look perfect!! They look so natural! I am very pleased with her kind bedside manner as well as her staff. Also, they are reasonably priced! I am so much more confident about my smile. Going to the dentist is no longer dreadful it's comforting! THEY ARE GREAT!! I would recommend Dr. Thompson to every COWARD out there!!

Dr Thompson always uses state of the art equipment.
When I've had cavities she has done all my dental stuff pain free. Dr Thompson and staff are very professional and they always have a smile on their faces. They know you by name and I always enjoy watching TV while getting my teeth cleaned. The staff turn over is not great which helps build a professional relationship. I have had the same lady clean my teeth for 7 years.
