I was on holidays in Phoenix and had an extreme toothache. He came in on Easter Sunday morning to see me first thing. Extremely happy with his response and service. Very professional. Gentle and caring bedside manners. Would recommend him to others.

I have had appointments canceled at the last minute because of the Dr. wanting to leave early. The front desk is unhelpful, aloof and rude. I am a quiet person and avoid confrontation, but after being left to wait for over an hour with no explanation or apology from the staff that was the last straw. I am done with this office.

This dentist was absolutely terrible! I would not reccomend him to ANYONE! First of all, it was like pulling teeth for the receptionist to understand that I wanted an appointment. The facilities are very outdated and the receptionists were rude, unprofessional, and dishelved (the undergarments of one were completely visible) The "hygenists" were not professional nor did they act or look old enough to have any training. I had retainer impressions made that I was told would be available for pickup later that day. I called to confirm they were ready and the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about. It took them two weeks of me calling every other day for them to realize they had "thrown away" my impressions and I would have to come in to have new ones made. No apology was made then or when I came back. I should have taken this as a warning sign. I really could go on and on. Bottom line is I never recieved a retainer but I was charged for it and xrays and consultation which were advertised as free for new patients. This place has not a clue what they are doing!

He did a root canal on a back molar and I ended up having to have emergency surgery within a week. The morning after the root canal my face was swollen and so was my neck. This poor excuse for a dentist told me that this was normal. I have had a root canal before and this NEVER happen, but I trusted him, because he was the professional. HUGE MISTAKE. He put me on antibiotics and said it would go away, which it never did. My airway began to swell and it was hard for me to breathe. He told me this was normal and it would go away. I contacted an oral surgeon who said NO this is not normal and that I should come in right away. He scheduled emergency surgery and I was out of work for a week, with a tube in my neck to drain the infection. This was the most disgusting, dreadful, horrifying experience I have ever went through. This happen a while back and this doctor still continues to send me bills. I can't even believe the nerve of this doctor.

Very professional, very nice and more than happy to make you happy. Offers "pain-free" options and a great staff and atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone!
