Dr. Wilson is very professional and accurate. The problems is the front desk office staff, they send bills and as a client you have to call insurance offices and many other errands to realize they did not claim to the insurance. The staff, I think one is his his mom, is ruining his office.

I was running late to my appointment because I am human and I have kids to drop off. I pulled into the parking lot at 8:37 by my cell phone (which is from OFFICIAL TIME). So I walked in, I parked right in front. I walk in, and start filling out the sign in sheet. I hear a whisper "She's late". Then the older lady proceeds to tell me I am late and I need to reschedule. The younger lady says I am almost 15 minutes late. I said, no, I am only 10 minutes late. They (there are about 3 people just standing around) and argue with me that I have to reschedule. Well, I look at my CELL PHONE again and it's only 8:40. I ripped my sign in sheet of the pad and crumbled it up and walked out. They lost 4 patients today, me and my whole family. One other thing that bothered me is that I had to come in 3 different times for my first set of stuff that had to be done. 1st was intial visit, 2nd was X-Rays and cleaning, 3rd was for my filling. They could have easily combined 2 or more in a visit. I overlooked that because he was nice, but with a staff like that forget it! Too many other dentists in town.

Dr. Wilson is very laid back and made me feel comfortable immediately. I was happy to have found him and will continue to see him.

Dr. Eric Wilson is such a wonderful Dentist!!!!
I am one of the ones that really hate going to the denist. Use to get scared to death about goingor even hear the word and I would freeze up, after the experiences with Dr. Wilson and all of his staff, I don't mind at all going.
