Dr. Baines is absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to hands down. I have been to a few different dentists in my day, I have also worked in the dental field and I have not found a dentist that has been more gentle! I have high anxiety when it comes to dental appointments but he always puts my fears at ease and I have a great appointment. Dr. Baines has done filings and crown work on me. He does absolutely beautiful work on top of being such a kind hearted person. You can't tell which teeth are real and which teeth are crowned, that is how amazing his work is!

About Hygienist: So gentle while cleaning my teeth. Made sure to get every nook and cranny. It was absolutely relaxing, and I never thought I would say that about being at the dentist.

Excellent patient care and dedicated staff. I would recommend Dr. Baines to anyone looking for a new dentist. He is very thorough.

This office doesn't know how to treat patients. They made me pay for services up front until they receive payment from my insurer. I only agreed because it was an emergency and I was in pain and had no alternative since my regular dentist was out.

Dr. Baines has been my family dentist for about 15 years -- we knew him in Houston before he moved here. When we moved to Austin, we used to drive to Houston to see him. We're really glad that he's "followed us" to Austin. He's done a great job on everything from crowns to wisdom teeth, and I have to say he's quite painless. Dr. Baines is the best.
I also like the hygenists in his new office. I don't have any experience with the other dentist(s) in his office.
