The dental assistant and hygienist are wonderful. The front desk manager was difficult to deal with. My experience with this practice was below average due to office manager, scheduling appts that were convenient for me and the fact that they are marginally high on their prices. Dr. Butcher is a qualified and competent dentist but you sacrifice in dollars if you choose this practice as well as the difficulty of communicating your needs and achieving your goals relating to appointments, insurance and payment arrangements.

Although Dr. Butcher is a very skilled dentist, he charges too much for his services, and his receptionist is very rude and difficult to work with to the point that it's not worth the time or trouble to go to this dentist.
