Dr. Cass was recommended to me when I first moved to Austin 10 years ago. On the one or two occasions that I needed something beyond a basic cleaning I felt that he did a good job. So no complaints.

He is the one of the best Dentists I have ever met. Dr. Cass is detail oriented and conservative. Everyone in the office is pleasant and makes you feel at home. I give him 5 stars.

He tries so hard w/me. Knows dentists are not my best friends and always does his best to make me feel relaxed and comfortable.

Work had to be redone. He used to have the best staff, but they have all disappeared. He seems to not understand what I say and always looking for work to do when i walk in.

Fillings had to be redone and crowns needed root canals. Stay away!

About Hygienist: All of his good employees seemed to have left, leaving nothing but poor service.

Doc, is simply the best in understanding my phobia of dentistry. He is sensitive, effective, honest in analyzing treatment. He shares with you the status of your treatment. His chair-side manner is soothing.

About Hygienist: She is fast, good, and informative.

I had a bad experience with Dr. Cass' staff and have since gotten another dentist. Prepare for passive aggressive letters when you deicde to go to another dentist. When requesting a refund for an overcharge, the front desk was pushy and rude (despite the fact that it was their mistake). Save yourself the insurance headach with these people. I would not recommend.

Dr. Cass expedited my care when an old bridge failed leaving me without my upper front teeth! He and his super-nice staff made me feel my problem was personally important to them, and 48 hrs later I had a beautiful temporary to tide me over until new implants could be made. I had some special medical concerns and Dr, Cass coordinated my care with my physicians, and worked with them to design a safe course of treatment.for me. The office is bright and cheerful. Each examining room is equipped with cable TV and overlooks a relaxing garden courtyard.
