Dr. K has been my dentist since I have been going to Rose Dental. I have never had a complaint and have always been treated with the greatest consideration and respect. Would I recommend him to a friend. I already have recommended him to a friend and she has experienced the same professional treatment. Dr. K stopped me to personally thank me for the referral I had given. Just above and beyond what is normally witnessed in the professional world.
About Hygienist: today I was seen by hygienist, Judy, and was very pleased with the meticulous cleaning and friendly patient care. I made my next cleaning appt. with Judy

Dr. K is one of the very best dentists I have ever been to. He explains everything calmly, puts fears at ease, and is genuinely concerned about your comfort. His skills are so much better than the average 'doc in the box'. He is thorough, polite, pain free, and does great work.
I have had regular dental work all my life and had many dentists. My insurance changed a few years ago, forcing me to again find another dentist. When I discoved Dr. K, I knew he would be my dentist for as long as possible. I will continue to use him even if my insurance changes again!

Dr. K. is not only a very accomplished dentist, he has a knack for putting even the most nervous patient at ease. He has a great manner and takes time to explain his reccomnedations, as well as his plan of treatment. He is not the cheapest dentist in the area, but when dealing with my teeth and my health, price is secondary. His assistants, office staff are most courteous, and knowledgeable. I would reccommend Dr. K. to anyone, friends, or family, and have done so on many occasions.

Our family of 4 had been seing Dr. K for two years until our dental insurance informed us that they were charging us for services they were not supposed to. Amalgam fillings are free but Dr.K's office failed to tell our insurance company that they refused to do amalgam fillings and therefore charged us the fee for resin;the only material they would use.We were charged for something we had no choice over. Our insurance company called them and their staff told the insurance office that they would give us a refund.When we followed up with the office, the office manager yelled at me and was rude, then sent a letter saying they cancelled my 6 year olds appointment for a filling the following week and ultimately dropped us all as patients.

I felt like the Dr. Kistenmacher did great work, but... he was really painful. I have had a LOT of dental work done, and I felt kind of like a pin cushion! :) Other than that I really liked him as a person and felt like he did great work.
