I went to Dr. Lyon with a horribly infected tooth and it had even gotten into the gum. To say the pain was excruciating would be an understatement, I was unable to eat, sleep or work for three days straight. I have a condition that makes my teeth fall apart at an early age. When I went in I told her how badly it hurt and that I had been trying every otc painkiller I could think of including tons of orajel and nothing was stopping the pain. Not only did she actually tell me I must be in excruciating pain she called in a bunch of people to analyze my condition which left me feeling like a science project. When I left I was given a prescription for a painkiller and an antibiotic, no kind of treatment or advice. What really puts me off though is the fact that after I had my prescription filled I read the description, it was for mild to moderate pain, glorified tylenol basically which did absolutely nothing to relieve the pain which believe me was crippling. A couple of days later I had to go to the emergency room where they cut into the inside of my mouth to let all the pus out (it takes a while for the antibiotics to get rid of infections) which they stated she could have and should have easily done to instantly alleviate the pain.

The staff is exceptional and the quality is acceptable. I enjoy going to the office--when I have to!

Dr. Lyon is very detailed and with great patient manners. Always recommends options for treatment and works with the patient. I like going to that dental office if it wasn't for the prices.
About Hygienist: Hygienists are very thorough in this office. Great service but expensive, not much insurance participation.

Dr. Lyon and her staff are a welcoming group. I have been extrememly satisfied with each of my visits. I feel she goes the extra mile to educate the patient. My questions have always been answered to my satisfaction. She has a beautiful office which was designed with the patient in mind.
