Friendly knowledgeable staff, Dr. is funny, friendly and very professional...really made us feel comfortable. He made a beautiful crown for my teenager. The process was quick, and you can't even tell it's not her original tooth. She had no pain or discomfort whatsoever, following the visit. I HIGHLY recommend this office and Dr. Nussbaum. Very impressed! Thank you!

I could never imagine being happy about going to a Dentist, but I am ecstatic about going to Dr. Nussbaum! He is a great professional who is genuinely interested in what his patients feel, what they want to achieve and how they want to go about it. He gives his patients his time and full attention, answers all questions, but at the same time does not waste their time. The office is like a spa, seriosely, his staff is super friendly and efficient.
I have had bad luck with dentists before. The reason I turned to Dr. Nussbaum was my recent experience where I could not get anything done. My previous Dentist kept sending me in rounds to 'specialists' with a bunch of 'problems' I had to resolve before he even would touch my teeth. 1.5 years later I paid a lot of money, heard crazy suggestions for crazy surgeries and got nothing done (all I wanted was a filling). The most recent surgery suggestion was so outrageous that I finally went for a second opinion., Needless to say Dr. Nissbaum confirmed my gut feelings about it even though I did not provide him all the details of the previous nightmare. Just as I thought, I needed a couple of very old problem crowns replaced (which I wanted to do anyways), my fillings and a good cleaning.
About Hygienist: One word: AMAZING! The best hygienist I ever went to, superb patient treatment and wonderful personality. I actually want to go get my teeth scraped now, which used to give me hibi-jibbies.

Best dentist ever! He pulled my 9 year old daughter's tooth and there was no pain. The numbing shot he gave didn't even cause pain! To top it off, he gave me his personal cell number in case we have problems over night!

I needed a root canal done and a friend highly recommended Dr. Nussbaum. He does truly wonderful work...the root canal was a complete success and everything he did was great. I did feel pressured to do lots of additional work, he suggested re-doing some older work that was less than wonderful but adequate. I'm sure I would have been happier with my smile overall if I could have had veneers and a newer bridge, but based on my level of disposable income, I didn't feel like that was as necessary as he did. I also felt like the prices were high. Overall, if I had lots of disposable income, I would not be here looking at dentists, and I would have a dazzling smile. So if you aren't pinching pennies, and want an incredible smile, Dr. Nussbaum is great.

he's a lot more concerned about the art and science of dentistry than being a "get 'em in, get 'em out factory."
He takes a great deal of personal interest in all patients and he's got a really cool crew working for him.
For instance, I said, "I should probably floss more."
He replied, "Yeah me too."
Cool guy. Great dentist. I highly recommend his practice!

Dr. Nussbaum has been my dentist for several years and his practice is awesome. His work is fantastic and his staff is friendly.
About Hygienist: The best cleanings! I always look forward to my cleanings. They are very thorough and incredibly friendly.

I have been going to Dr. Nussbaum for 17 years. I have referred most of my family and many friends and co-workers, because he is the "painless" dentist. His staff is courteous and professional and take care of the insurance billings. The after insurance cost has always been reasonable. Dr. Nussbaum explains my dental problems in an easy to understand manner and doesn't use a lot of medical jargon. I have always received excellent care and fast urgent care in emergency situations. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting area, so I think the staff does a good job of scheduling.
About Hygienist: I really like the hygienist. She is gentle and yet efficient wtih her time. I am usually in and out in about 40 minutes.

Dr. Nussbaum and his staff are the greatest! They make sure you're comfortable throughout your stay and make you feel like you're their only patient. They insist on making things as painless as possible as well. Chair-side manners are excellent and front office staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful when it comes to scheduling appointments or addressing billing and insurance issues.

Dr. Nussbaum and his staff were very wonderful!! I have recently moved to Lubbock and there is nothing like Dr. Nussbaum and his staff. My children and myself have had work done with him and his staff and we were sad we could not have taken them with us.!!! Billing was hard since our dental coverage didnt give more, but over all it was well worth it!!!
