I can get an appointment quickly for dental problems. I anticipate relaxing with a cup of tea in the waiting area before my appointment, so I come early so I can finish since appointments are always on time. The children's play area is well maintained. Dr. Roland listens and answers questions completely. He is fast and gentle.
About Hygienist: My hygienist is always prompt and thorough.

Out of all the dentists I've seen in my life, Dr. Roland and Austin Dental has been my favorite. Time and time again, mainly because my insurance decides to up the cost of out-of-network dentists, I try another dentist to see if I can save on cost. But I always come back. Dr. Roland and his team do an excellent job of making it pain-free, of explaining what is happening, and of respecting my time by being on-time with appointments. There were times I felt he was recommending more than needed to be done, but then I would see another dentist and get the exact same recommendation. Austin Dental is clean and the equipment is constantly updated, a testament to their keeping up with technology and their good business. There were also other times I wondered if there were more expensive, but I would call around comparable good dentals places and find their prices actually met or were below.
About Hygienist: All of the hygenists I've had there have been great. My favorite is no longer there (she went back to school for more education), but I haven't had a bad experience since she left.
