Dr. Rugeley and his staff are super friendly! My husband and I can't say enough good things about his office! His front office staff always greets us with a smile and BJ is wonderful when it comes to any insurance details. You would be wasting your time to see any other dentist in Austin.

I've recommended Dr. Rugeley's dental practice to so many people, they sent me a fruit basket! Not that I needed any incentive to recommend them. I tell anyone that asks, "He's the best dentist I've ever had. I literally fell asleep while he was working on a filling."

Dr. Rugeley is very nice as are all of his staff. The work he did seemed to turn out all right. The reason I gave him a low review though and haven't returned to him is that he has rusty dental tools! Noticed this on my third visit and mentioned it to him, he said that the part of the tool that went in my mouth was very clean, but that he would replace the tool. Next visit... same rusty dental tool! He tried to justify this by saying that the new version isn't as sturdy so he kept the old one, but I was completely disgusted and am now on the search for a new dentist.

Dr. Rugeley is a great dentist. We really appreciate the time and care he takes with us. My husband and I have seen him for several years. I don't think we'd ever see anyone else to take care of our teeth-something we are very picky about!
About Hygienist: The hygienists are always very professional and courteous. They know what they are doing as well.

Although Dr. Rugeley is a personal friend, I would not use him if I did not trust him and believe him to be the best for me and my family. I have seen him on many, many occasions interrupt evening social matters to call his patients for that day to make sure that they are ok and to answer their questions. I have also known several members of his staff for many years and they are the best.

Very impressive office & excellent use of technology for both technical support (live images, x-ray review, etc.) as well as administrative (history, scheduling, etc.)

Dr. Rugeley's staff are always pleaant and helpful. Dr. Rugeley is very pristine while doing all treatments. His hygienists are tender and do a great job cleaning. I now live in Chicago and have problems finding a dentists with the same qualifications.

Best dentist I've ever been to. So completely pain free that I fell asleep while he was filling a cavity.

Dr. Rugeley is a wonderful dentist. He's very patient with dental-cowards such as myself and takes the time to explain everything that's going on.
