I was recommended to go to Dr. Scaff for general dentistry, and for that I had no real issues. However, go to a proper orthodontist rather than get Invisalign through him. I am looking at redoing the treatment a few years after getting this done with him. Bottom line: he cut corners and didn't do things that were needed for my treatment to be successful.
Some examples of cutting corners: The impressions he made did not fit because the part covering one of my wisdom teeth was malformed, so he cut off that part of those trays and had me do the same for every subsequent tray. Then, sometime midway through my treatment my invisalign trays started to not fit snugly on my teeth. One of my canine teeth that it was trying to rotate slipped from its position so that the button on that tooth was not under its respective slot in the tray.
Without telling me what he was going to do, he took his dental drill out and shaved the anchor button off that tooth, then proceeded to reshape the edge of my tooth and round it off so it fits the tray! That only temporarily fixed the tray fitting problem, then it got worse and maybe a month later he redid impressions, but that canine tooth is still twisted.. later had issues with retainers..

Dr. Scaff is wonderful with my three children and very dedicated to customer service. He is honest and upfront about costs of his services as is his medical staff. We have many friends and family members that we have sent to Dr. Scaff and his outstanding team and everyone has been very sattisfied with his services. He is kind and cheerful and his office staff is professional yet friendly it is actually fun going to his office! Who would have thought we'd say that about going to the Dentist.

I have had numerous dental procedures, including root canals. Dr. Scaff is extremely efficient and he or his staff always explains the procedure, cost, insurance info and time involved to complete each procedure. I've gone to many dentists before coming to Dr. Scaff and have never gotten such friendly, relaxed service that I get at Dr. Scaff's office. The staff is so welcoming! I have recommended Dr. Scaff to many friends, and will continue to do so! Even though he has a lovely, comfortable waiting room, due to his punctuality, I never get to spend much time there! Another plus is his great sense of humor!

Their web page says it all: very up-to-date services, performed by an excellent dentist and his staff, in a spotless, attractive office and they treat you like friends - they care. Best dentist I've ever been to. Too bad my last hygienist obviously did not do thorough cleaning...these folks KNOW what they're doing and care enough to educate you. Insurance will pay for most of it...you only have 1 set of teeth. Take care of them...these folks can help.

I loved him and the staff so much my whole family now goes to him!! I don't fear the dentist any more!!!

Dr. Scaff and his office provide some of the best dental service in the area. Dr. Scaff and his staff care tremendously about the patient and their overall health. I would strongly recommend Dr. Scaff.

Dr. Scaff and his office staff are not only extraordinarily professional, they treat you like family. Having had a fair amount of dentistry in the past, I am very pleased with his skills. His office is state of the art and very comfortable. His staff is superb. His office manager, Paige, is a gem and would do anything to make things go smoothly for you. Gina, Dr. Scaff's assistant, is outstanding and fun. I am so fortunate to be Dr. Scaff's patient. I was in a traumatic accident where I lost a front tooth and broke the remaining front teeth. Dr. Scaff and his team has been there for me through thick and thin through this extremely emotional experience. I had perfect teeth before the accident and I am well on my way to perfect teeth again! If you are looking for a great dental office, I highly recommend you visit Dr. Scaff and his great staff.
