Dr. Woolwine is technically competent and has an upbeat positive personality which makes visits so comfortable. Have had crowns, fillings, partial implant for cracked front teeth and routine prophylactic care. No problems with any. His staff is equally as positive about scheduling appts. and they have firmly dealt with insurance companies so I might be reimbursed accordingly. Dr. Woolwine is the best dentist I have ever been and I ama 62 yr. old man. Likewise, his staff is very competent and friendly. You won't be sorry if you choose this fine gentleman as your dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Woolwine over 20 years and he is the best. Staff is VERY helpful, pleasant and attentive. They do great cleanings and the doctor will do anything NOT to hurt you. Very compassionate ! Great office and people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

I have had a full dental exam, x-rays & cleaning with Dr. Woolwine & staff as well as a filling & am now in the middle of getting a splint created for an awful jaw-clenching habit. I have been very impressed with the friendliness of Dr. Woolwine, his assistant & all of the staff. Dr. Woolwine is always very thorough about what he is about to do & why it's important, as well as the benefits/negatives of any new procedure. They have also been excellent about working around my schedule & offering to create a payment plan for things not covered by my insurance.

I was lucky enough to have Dr. Woolwine as my dentist when I was a young lady. His first practice was in Luling Texas, and then he moved to Austin. Everyone missed him as he is an exceptional dentist. I worked with him again when I was about 20 years old, and he did crowns on my central and lateral front teeth. When I didn't come back to finish the crowns, as I was a young college kid with little money, he called my mom to have me return and work out the monetary issues as needed. Now I am 40 years old, and have had trouble finding someone to treat me as I have had brain surgery and lots of other medical problems and my local dentists would not treat me. So, I called Dr. Woolwine, my childhood hero of a dentist and asked if he could help me finish my crowns. He is a great dentist and anyone who is lucky enough to be treated by him has gotten the best dentist in Texas. I am so lucky to still have him treat me, even though I am driving two hours for his care.
About Hygienist: Just so you know, his office director, Mrs. Kathy Woolwine, is also extremely helpful and provides assistance in every way possible. I have not yet met the hygentist in his practice currently, but I am sure that she is as excellent in providing dental treatment as Dr. W is. I look forward to meeting the hygentist and having her clean my teeth. I will need a deep cleaning as my teeth were not properly cared for while I was very ill with the brain tumor and its removal. I am confident she will do an excellent job and will assist me in having the process done. without excess pain or anxiety..

I had not had a dental appointment in over 7 years b/c I was SOOOO fearful of dentists. I know go every 6 months and have NO anxiety whatsoever. They are amazing!!!!

Dr. Woolwine is the best dentist I've ever been to, hands down. He and his staff are very skilled and also very kind. He never keeps you waiting. I just can't praise him highly enough!
