I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY TWO FRONT TEETH FOR TWO MONTHS . ALL I GET IS STORIES. THEY LOST IT TWICE.VERY NICE HOLIDAYS THANKSGIVING....CHRISTMAS PARTIES. NOT TO MENTION NEWS YEARS.THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. WONT ANSWER THE PHONE.JUST THE MOST HORRABLE EXPERENCE OF MY LIFE....I WILL NEVER DARKEN THERE DOOR AGAIN....DON CURRIE 281 732 1883

About Hygienist: Lost my teeth

Dr. Crawford has no bed side manners. She does not tell you, the patient what work is need or what she is about to do. She speaks directly to her staff - then she walks out and her employee shoves a paper in front of you to sign with the cost of today's visit. You are confused - what is the charge for - please explain. Dr. Crawford walks in and walks out without a word to the patient - almost borderline rude. It is very hard to have someone do work in your mouth and not like how they are making you feel as a person. She needs a little humility, grace and to be humble. Moreover, a bit of bedside manners.

About Front Desk: Christinas is wonderful - always very friendly. Her daughter is not. I have heard be rude to the elderly patients telling them have a seat when they are trying to just let her know they are there for their appointment.

About Hygienist: Renee' you are the bomb!!!! Thank you always taking care of my pearly whites. You do an amazing job of cleaning my teeth and you take the time to speak with the patients and tell them what you are doing. Pass of your bedside manners on to Dr. Crawford.

I had a really bad experience prior to finding Dr. Crawford and she was just wonderful to me. I am so happy to have found a great dentist!

I love Dr. Crawford. I started seeing here when regular dentist couldn't see me on for an emergency visit. I have used her ever since. She is very nice. Very pleasant. She makes you feel at ease in her office. I recommend her to anyone in Baytown!!!

Wonderful dentist! She has a very calming and relaxing demeanor about her which puts you to ease before she starts to work. Her staff is friendly and very courteous.
