About Front Desk: Michael and Natasha are wonderful!! Made it very cozy, offered water, coffee or soda. Even have cookies and apples. They have a beautiful fish tank so you can relax while you wait. All around I will recommend my friends to visit this office!!!.

About Hygienist: Her Hygienist Robin make me feel very comfortable, walk me tru everything, very knowledgeable. Her hands were very gentle. My teeth are very clean!!!

Dr was not nice to her staff....very snappy and rude.She treats them like they are vbelow her

I have an impacted wisdom tooth that needs to be removed by an oral surgeon. I called and asked if Dr Dalton could do this and what the cost would be. The receptionist told me she could do this and the charge would be $350 for the entire procedure including xrays. So I scheduled an appointment a week later. I called again the day before the appointment to be sure that she could extract the tooth and I was told yes. On the day of my appointment, I was told that the xray of the tooth was not sufficient to determine the outcome so they had to take a panorama view. After taking that xray, Dr. Dalton said that she could not perform the procedure because I would have to be put to sleep. She then charged me $180 for a consultation fee and the xray. I argued about that charge and got no satisfaction. In my opinion, you should stay away from this dentist. If you want an honest dentist, I would suggest Dr. Oliver, 5005 Heritage Ave., Colleyville, TX. Phone 682-738-3029. Stay away from Dr. Gemma Dalton.

Dr Dalton - I thought was nice until I pulled her police records. She has been documented for family violence and it appears this continues with her children.
I am sorry, however, I cannot support a violent abuser such as Dr. Dalton.

Ithe worst experience ever. I came in for emergency treatment -She said it was an infected tooth.She failed to called in my prescription.I left a message almost everday for daily I checked my pharmacy for my script.Till I have to visit the emergency room on the birthday of my child.The negligence of this dentist is unbelievable plus I was inhumanly treated .The worst experience ever. I rate it as minus one.

Doctor Dalton is very knowledgable, caring, and does amazing work. I feel like a movie star with my new smile.

She has a great staff, and the are just as friendly as can be. They are very good with the kids and the pain. The facility is decorated so cute just like Finding Nemo. I LOVE going to the dentist because everybody there is happy to be there working with the patients there. The hygienists are interested in getting to know you and building a personal relationshipw ith you. If you haven't been there in a while usually a dentist forgets who you are, but not Gemma. She's a great lady, and wonderful at what she does.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gemma's for approximately four years and me and my family absolutely love her, her staff, and her weekend availability. My oldest son started going to the dentist, Dr. Gemma, at four years old and my youngest son, 2 years old now, started seeing Dr. Gemma at 1 year old. My kids are very cautious and tend to shy away from strangers. They both loved Dr. Gemma immediately and are excited to go to the dentist, which really makes me feel comfortable. As far as her costs, they are comparable to other dentists that I have been to in the area. Her staff and office is very inviting and my children love it, expecially the fish tank and DVD's available for them to watch. Dr. Gemma is extremely thorough and is honest and shows her patients exactly what is going on in their mouth. Although her patients may not like what they hear about their dental exam, they can't say that they were never informed of how to fix their dental problems. Now my friends and my mom go to her and they just love her as well. I'm so excited that I finally have a dentist that is thorough, available, cares, compationate, and takes pride in her work in "our" mouth.

This office is very shall we say "Gody" in appearance the waiting room is all jungled up and is over the top on murals all over every wall!! Her dentistry? Well she is very very money hungry and money is her top goal not healthcare at all! It is a messy messy office from the first impression to the last. Stuff sitting everywhere and the person that cleans your teeth is very messy too with stuff sitting out eveywhere it just doens't look clean at all anywhere. Bottom line ? MONEY and lots of it! Care? not there at all. Ability? I THINK it is there but very hard to see with everything else. She allows her assistants to perform a lot of duties and not sure that they know what they are doing at all. Very disappointed in the whole experience.
