Dr. Brezner did a filling on my root canal tooth in 2000 (It's a top front tooth). Couple weeks ago (2006) the tooth broke off and I came back to Dr. Brezner to do an examination. During an examination he made a post and put a temporary crown in without asking me whether I want a temporary crown or would rather wait a little and get a permanent one. After the procedure he charged me for the crown I did not need ($450 for a post and a temporary crown) and on top of that it turned out that he does not work with insurance providers directly and I have to file the claim on my own. His secretary did not tell me that before the procedure when she scanned my insurance card. I feel ripped off.
