Dr Lily Chen is very friendly and caring for her patients. She always explains well and answers all questions. Dr Chen is very professional and has a good attitude. She is a very nice dentist. My family has seen her for many years and she always takes care of our teeth. We will definitely recommend Dr Chen to our friends. We are very happy to have Dr Chen as our dentist.

I came to reattach a loose dental bridge but was preserved to put a crown on a different tooth instead that took over two months to complete! Well - the crown just broke in two after less than 2 years and my insurance doesn't cover any cost of the new crown. Overall exhausting experience, I hated it and was so happy to switch to a much better dentist who would not try to squeeze a dime out of the patient and in fact reattached the original dental bridge within minutes.

Dr. Chen has been my dentist for many years. She is very caring and knowledgable. She is constantly improving her skills with many hours of continuing educations. Dr. Chen performed procedures to improve my smile. I can not thank her enough. Her office is very friendly and helpful. I consider her office one of the best in Houston. I highly recommend her.

very good, professional service from everybody from the front desk to the check out. dental hygienist (Kathleen) is excelent. Price reasonable. Very convinient location and free parking.

I really appreciate Dr. Chen's work. She is the best dentist. I was so scare, but she was very gentle and patient. She put me at ease. She transformed my smile. I can't stop smiling now. The treatment was painless. Dr. Chen was very patient with me. She explained everything in detail. I can eat and smile now. Thank you. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

My whole family went to Dr. Chen when we lived in Houston--even my 3 year-old twins! Although she does not specialize in pediatric dentistry, she works very well with kids (and has a treasure box from which kids can select a "prize" afterwards), as she is a mother herself. My kids loved her gentle demeanor, and so did us adults. She uses state-of-the-art digital x-rays and takes a caring and personal approach to dealing with her patients (always calling to check up on any procedure afterwards). I never felt like I was just a nameless patient in a long list. We were sad to leave behind such a wonderful dentist when we moved.
