You would never know that you are at the dentist. You are greeted at the door by smiling faces. Family owned practice since 1957. Dr. Harold Mason has passed away, but has left the practice in the fine hands of his daughter, Dr. Lora Mason.
She is truly painless. Show up with a good joke. The girls are so much fun and make you feel right at home. I left my last dentist due to bad dental work and horrible rapport. You won't find either of those at this office. The front desk gals are quite knowledgable and were more than happy to submit my insurance for me and then set up a payment plan. I needed a lot of work and I could not be happier with the results. They are kind of busy, but are definitely on top of getting you in. My family left for a brief period of time due to an insurance change at my husband's company. We changed back to a PPO plan as soon as we could and will never leave again...even if we have to pay out of pocket. Thanks Dr. Mason and the Mason Dental Team. We love you.
About Hygienist: Their Hygienist, Karen has been cleaning teeth for over 30 years. She is fantastic. I have heard of people not liking even going to get their teeth cleaned because the Hygienist is too rough, but not here. Very gentle. You leave feeling like a new person.

Lora and her entire staff are wonderful, friendly, conscientious and always treat us like a part of the family. Excellent care and very efficient handling of our insurance. We cannot enough good things about Dr. Lora and all of the Mason team. My husband and I have been patients for a long time. The rates are standard for the area.
About Hygienist: Karen, the Hygienist, does excellent work. She is very sociable. Very thorough. This is always a pleasant experience.

After using the doctor for decades, I was dismayed when one of my dental repairs broke after less than a year. When I asked if I had to pay for the repair of the repair, I was told to "just put it on insurance." I frequently encounter long waits or them asking me to reschedule appointments. Since they don't want to associate with any insurance companies, minor and major work is expensive. Bantor with the hygenists is forced and awkward. A friend of mine also had bad work done by the doctor.

Family run business where patients become one of the family immediately. Our family has been going to Dr. Harold Mason, and later his daughter, Lora since the early 80's. Dr. Mason has retired and Lora has taken over with the same personal, gentle, very attentive, and very capable service. She is great with kids, parents and grandparents alike and we wouldn't change for the world. We even pay out of network insurance fees because they are so great. Dr. Lora has provided all services from routine cleanings to crowns for our family and we have never been disappointed. She even met us at the office when my son knocked his front tooth out. When necessary, her referrals to specialists have also been top notch.
