About Front Desk: My entire family and I have been patients with Clark Dental group for 10 years or more. It has always been a nice family business. People are always so warm and welcoming. Dr. Cammack was the best! This morning, however, I had the worst customer service experience in my family's 10 years. So bad, that I'm thinking of finding a new dentist. I got a call from the business manager who's name is Brenda. As soon as I picked up the phone her attitude was apparent. I told her that we'd cancelled. To which, she replied, "I have to pay people. You'll need to pay a late cancellation fee. You wanna pay it now or next visit?"! I agreed to next visit, then heard someone in the background say, "this is the 3rd time." She acknowledged the person in the background's comments and said, "since you're traveling why don't you call us when you can come in." This is exactly what I told the last person who called pushing me to nail down an appointment. Anyway, I agreed and we hung up. The more I thought about her attitude, the angrier I got. So I called back...got Brenda again. She was even ruder, obviously mad that I'd called back. Anyway, to make a long story short, I told her that I didn't appreciate her attitude and that's not how you treat customers. She said, "well what are we to do? How do we solve this?" I told her it might be too late. I'd never come in contact with the likes of her at Clark Dental Group and hoped to never do so again. She NEVER even apologized, just said, "ok, thank you." I called my husband and told him to pray real hard about his upcoming visit because as I type I'm searching for a new dental office. #poorcustomerservice #rude

About Front Desk: I was not impressed with the front desk, they failed to tell me my insurance was out of network so for four fillings i was charged over $1000. When I spoke with them I felt rushed and brushed off with very little care. They offered a payment plan which I'll have to do but no consideration for their error. Although Dr. Clark was wonderful I will not be returning.
