Read Reviews for Dr. David Hageman
My experience with Dr. Hageman's staff was very unprofessional. I have had my lower partials for 10 years. The work was done at Castle/Monarch dentistry. Very high quality work. Last week, I had an extraction done, to which the partial plate had to have an extra tooth added to it. The technician who did the work within 15 minutes, to which the tooth was added. She instructed me to put the partial plate back in my mouth. The fumes from the work smelled exactly like super glue. I shared with the technician that the plate was not comfortable in my mouth. She made 2 attempts to correct the issue, the 3rd time was with an attitude. She left me sitting up trying to adjust to the fit. The partial was still hurting my mouth. I looked around, she had left me. I finally got up and went to the reception... and she was there. Nothing was said to me, except that the person would check me out. I was so upset. I am a classroom teacher, to which I can't go without my partial plate in my mouth, but the pain is unbearable. I have paid for the service, but not satisfied at all.
About Front Desk: 1 - too much playing with a plumber that was there regarding the toilet (from the conversation). I stood over 3-4 minutes waiting to be helped. It took 3 staff members to talk to the plumber (workman). I did not feel valued as a patient, customr.

I waited for my appointments for over an hour just to get in and see a dentist, then I sat in the chair forever waiting for them to come in and out and treat me while also treating other patients in other cubicles nearby. The front desk staff is very unorganized and not very helpful or friendly (with one or two exceptions). The cost was not cheap (as I thought it would be for being in this part of town, and not having amazing facilities or anything). I was in severe pain for a week and a half after having a temporary filling put in. They did a horrible job. I had to go back and have it sized down and refitted, and was still in pain for days after that, and had to get a pretty strong prescription to ease the pain. I would not recommend going to this office for anything more than a cleaning or maybe a light cavity filling. Leave the root canals and crowns to someone else who won't leave you in pain for weeks afterwards!

Specifically requested Dr Hageman and got another dentist instead.
Bridge and a Crown were both done wrong and still having pain almost a year later.
another dentist in the office said a post was put in wrong on my wifes tooth, and Dr Hageman looked at it and did nothing.
Still not resolved.
Are we happy campers...NO!
Charged us up front for all dental work on a credit card and we did not have all the work done that we were charged for and have called and went in 5 differant times and still not refunded.

He has been doing my teeth since I was a little girl and I love his services, jokes, and staff. Everyone is so friendly and the prices are great. I still go to him when I can...he is the only one I let work on my teeth.

Dr. David Hageman and his staff were very freindly, and made my visit comfortable. I have went to him for over 20 yrs. The office does get busy, but for the work he does it is worth it. He used lazer treatment to whiten my teeth and has done two implants in a friend of mine. He has had no complaint about it.

I visited this office for two separate appointments and both times took over three hours. The first visit was just the exam and the second visit included teeth cleaning and examination. Then I had to schedule a separate appointment just to get the cost estimate. For the amount of time spent in the office waiting, I couldn't afford to take off that much work to have the actual work taken care of. I just find this to be a very poor way to do business when time is too short for working individuals. I only went back the second time thinking that maybe the office was just overly busy the first time. The doctor seems nice enough, but I prefer not to spend so much time in a dentist office especially for such simple procedures.
