BUYER BEWARE!
Reasonable people can differ but I feel extremely ripped off!! I would not recommend this dental office to anyone.
Friendly and cordial until his work fails at which point it's pay up or I'm sending your account to a collecion agency.
-Allows techs to perform procedures without supervision.
-"Passes the buck" when his work fails.
-Fees appear higher than "reasonable & customary".
-Submits claims for payment before work is complete (in violation of established policy procedures). Even though patient has not signed off on that particular procedure, dental office has your signature on file from initial paperwork so insurer pays him assuming the work is complete. Patient has no recourse when his work fails because "he's already been paid".
No communication regarding additional fees before work is complete. Added $650 on top of original $1,275 without patient's prior knowledge and consent.
Final crown on front tooth does not match all other front teeth and cost $1,925.

Excellent -- professional, thorough & friendly attitude from Dr. and office staff; pain free, great hygienists -- may not be the cheapest but worth the cost! We've since moved out of state and other dentists all remark on the quality of the care we've received.
