Dr. Kiesel is absolutely one of a kind and the best in the DFW area. She sincerely cares about you as a person. Her quality of work is unique to each patient and not cookie cutter like some. Believe me I've had quite a bit of dental work done in my life and no other Dentist compares to her. She is not the type to recommend or do unnecessary work. Your safety and health is her first concern. I might mention the entire staff in her office is to be commended as well. I actually have her on my Facebook as a friend and I love that she is that personable and down to earth. How many Dentist do you have on your Facebook?

One of my front crowns she did for me 11 years ago simply fell out! I went in to see if there was a temporary fix to which she said no. They made me a whiting tray to hold the tooth in which didn't work and they didn't let me know the cost. I never wore it and on the second visit a few days later she said I needed 8 new crowns in front for a total of $14500!!
I decided on a second opinion and for $250 they attached my old tooth with no pain or hassle which could last for years. She had told me that was not possible. I am very unhappy since she now billed me for 2 exams and the whiting tray to hold in a loose tooth which hurt so bad that I never wore it. Will never go there again.

Dr. Kiesel and her staff are awesome! They have a knack for making you feel comfortable and relaxed, and I receive quality dentistry. What more could you ask for? They are fantastic!

Dr. Donna is very caring and listens to your problems. She is very patient and I have never had a dentist be this patient with me. Very empathetic!!! I love her...
About Hygienist: Crystal is AWESOME!!! Even at 7 am in the morning! The best hygienist ever! She always has my head phones ready when I get my cleaning since I don’t like the scrapping and drilling sounds

The office is consistently warm and inviting. All employees are friendly and welcoming. All general procedures, (including fillings) have been as pleasant at possible and quick. When I'v had work done, staff made me comfortable by providing pillows, blankets, and direct TV. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting area. Staff also remember me when I return for additional visits (they ask about family life, work, ect). Billing insurance is always made simple and painless as well.
About Hygienist: Hygentists are knowledgeable and friendly. They offer helpful advice and take a genuine interest in paitents.

Dr. Kiesel has obviously taken care in creating a great practice and hiring wonderful staff. Everyone I have ever encountered there was very attentive, sweet, and treated me with great care and skill. They really listen to what I want and pay attention to how I'm feeling at all times. Besides the excellent people working there, the office itself is very comfortable. It feels like you're going to someone's well decorated home. They always bring me a blanket in case I get cold in the air conditioning, turn the tv to whatever I want and have a remote handy (there's a TV in every room), and have a stack of great magazines next to the chair as well, not that you have to wait very long though. I don't know much about pricing because my insurance generally covers everything (and they're good about finding out what my insurance will and will not cover so I can decide what to have done). I would, and do, reccomend Dr. Kiesel to my friends and family.

Dr. Kiesel has been a wonderful dentist and both my husband and I have been very happy with her care. We had a hard time finding a good dentist in the Dallas area when we moved here, so we were very glad to find her. She also has a great network of specialist she has refered us to when necessary.

Dr. Kiesal has caused me months of pain and two root canals. For two years I saw only the dental hygienist. Dr. Kiesal recommended that I have a crown and I wanted white fillings to replace my silver fillings. That one appointment has lead to months of pain. A second opinion confirmed that she drilled too deep and killed the tooth leading to a root canal and $1200.00 out of pocket expense.

Loved the dental hygenist(s)! Once Dr. Kiesal started working on my teeth I endured much pain, discomfort and had to have 2 unexpected root canals with out of pocket costs! Will never go back!
