I have received exceptional patient treatment at Dr. Lecca's office, both for my periodical hygenic needs (teeth cleaning) as well as the placement of a porcelain crown on one of my front teeth. In all occasions, Dr. Lecca and his staff have taken the time to review & offer treatment options and make the whole experience great. Particularly for the crown procedure, Dr. Lecca was very meticulous with ensuring that the crown's color qualities totally matched the adjacent teeth. A very pleasant dentist, who also is very active with the Coppell, TX community. I strongly recommend him to other patients.

Dr. Lecca is very knowledgable with all of my dental concerns. He took the time to explain and educate me on my bite. In the end, Dr. Lecca recommended that I see an orthodontic to correct my bite and was given a guard to wear at night.

It had been over 5 years since I last visited a dentist before I visited Dr. Lecca's office. I needed implants for my two front teeth from a childhood accident, as well as other oral maintenance. The results were unbelievable. The color match of the crowns are perfect! I am very happy with my smile now.

My esthetic front teeth crowns were done very nicely, but there was a problem with the lab in Lewisville, Tx who did the temporary caps that I had to wear for weeks. When I complained about the poor fit and cosmetic appearance of the temporary caps, Dr Lecca not only went to a different lab to get the permanent caps done, he gave me a small discount off the thousands of dollars that I was investing in my new caps. He told me that he has never gone back to that lab again.
However, I JUST FOUND A NEW DENTIST TODAY, because when part of a tooth broke off recently, Dr. Lecca's price for a gold or "porcelain over gold" crown was $1,100 plus a $70 office visit to evaluate the broken tooth, plus $28 for the one X-Ray. This came to a total of $1,198! My friend recommended her dentist of 10 years and she was very pleased with the quality of his work and service. His price is $950 plus $24 for an X-Ray (that I don't need done, since I got a copy on the one from Dr. Lecca). The new dentist's price of his office visit to evaluate a broken tooth would have been included in the $950. So by going to a new, highly qualified and recommended dentist, I will be saving = $1,198 - $974 = $224 on future crowns. THAT's AN 18.7% SAVINGS!

Excellent dentistry in a warm, caring atmosphere! Super dentist and staff. I recommend this office to everyone. Dr.Lecca really educates his patients and gets the patient involved in their dental health. This is dentistry at its best!

Warm, comfortable atmosphere. Great staff, and great doctor! Only general dentistry, no root canals, (crowns a bit expensive). Good family dentist for cleanings and fillings. Hygienist is great. Only hard copy films, not digital! Insurance is ok.
