I had a bridge done and a front cover tooth with porcelain.I like the results and the price .Definately recommend this dr.

Dr Blum chipped my back molar very severely and did not tell me because I was numbed. I paid an inordinate amount of money to have it fixed. She said I had several cavities (I'd never had a single cavity in my life before going to her) and I found out she had falsely told me this when I went to my new doctor who said she did a poor job of filling my "cavities". Absolutely terrible. I reported her to Aetna and I plan to report her to the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners.

The dentist is friendly. She does her own cleaning. Never too busy

Overall is ok. Cost is not bad, dentist and staff are very polite, and office is clean and neat.
I had some cavities that needed fillings and one of fillings was a little rough on the edges (it ended up not as smooth as the other teeth).

Poor service, especially with appointment set up or answering phone calls. I was always placed on hold or leave a message. If I leave a message, it was not returned.
Beside the dentist, there is only one other person who does everything else (answer phone, set up appointment, assist the dentist with check-up, teeth cleaning, etc...).

I had numerous fillings done by Dr. Blum. The only problem, which is not the fault of the dentist, is that my teeth had much deeper cavities than the xray showed. I had to go back several times to get all of them done because it was hard for me to sit still that long. The dentist was great, let me listen to music, and explained everything to me very thoroughly. The insurance estimate was very much off though, I ended up having to cover much of it do to the fault of what I am assuming is my insurance. I will definetly go back to Dr. Blum.
