Dr. Braslow is great. The problem lies with the overall practice group: Southwest Dental Group. The administrative staff is either incompetent, apathetic, or a combination of the two. If they say they'll do some paperwork, or check on something fo you, you still must hound them to do it. Dr. Braslow is scheduled to finish some restorative work for me. Once that's done, I'm leaving his practice. I'm sorry to leave him, but I can't afford to waste anymore work time on account of an incompetent office staff. I still need more restorative work done, but I'm going to have my new dentist start that.
