The dr is ok, but the staff is horrible. I have been going here for several years and it only gets worse every year. Services received: pulled tooth, fillings, crowns, cleanings, temps. you name it.

About Front Desk: Front Desk is horrible. They will bump you off the schedule, forget you called, never give the dr your message and my final starw was when I was in a ton of pain, I called to get antibiotics and the stephanie at the front said she would tell the dr and it would be called to my pharmacy. I checked today and now the office is closed, no emergancy number left and no way to reach anyone until Tues. since the office is closed Monday.

About Hygienist: Horrible. The assistant never has all the tools ready for the dr and the dr is always searching for something. They speak spanish all day and I speak English so it is annoying.

Dr. Cortes-Rosene is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is extremely detail oriented and I have never had any pain with her. Everything she has done for me has lasted and high quality. I can't say enough good things about her and I would highly recommend her.

So far i've had 4 cleanings, digital xrays, and she put material on a tooth i chipped (front lower so it was important that it was a great job). so far i am very pleased with her. She's a very nice down to earth person, too. i would recommend her. She has a modest office which i actually prefer. When someone has a fancy office in a building, remember that YOU are paying for all of that.

About Hygienist: The dentist cleans the teeth which is another sign of a lower cost lower budget operation and i prefer that.

I have gone here for routine work: periodic cleanings and the occasional filling (once a wisdom tooth extraction). In every instance I was seen on time, everyone in the office was friendly and polite, the facilities were clean and very modern, all procedures were explained to me ahead of time and turned out precisely as described, with no problems later, and in cases where anesthesia was required, it was applied expertly and effectively. I have no complaints and would recommend this dentist.

Please do not take your kids to Dr. Rosene, she does not appear to have the patience for them. She seems to be competent, however, her arrogant and haughty attitude does not mesh with her clientele. She either needs to adjust her attitude or move to Highland Park.

About Hygienist: Hygenist was very professional and courteous.

I've recommended Dr. Cortes-Rosene to friends who now also go to her office. Our family has gone to her for several years. I've been to 3 other dentists in the DFW area and am most pleased with Dr. Cortes-Rosene.
