I was a little reluctant to try a chain dental office like Monarch but it's proximity to home made me give them a shot. Here was my experience... I was told on the phone that they may not have time to do both my intitial x-rays and visit along with a cleaning. I didn't think they were serious so I still went in for my visit. Big mistake. First thing on a Tues. morning I waited 50 min. before being called back for x-rays. The office was old and very unimpressive. Although the staff tried to apologize for the wait, I ended up spending two hours to get x-rays and a 5 minute consult with the doc. NO CLEANING! I don't know how they expect folks to take off work multiple times for something that can be done by any competant dentist office in one visit. I went straight to the office after my visit and called my insurance companies to change dentists. I wouldn't recommend Monarch to anyone. Sorry.
