Dr. Kaiser is amazing. She is what a dentist should be extremely knowledgeable, great personality and caring. My teeth have never looked or felt better. Her staff is a pleasure and the office is comfortable. I highly reccommend Dr. Kaiser.

Her fillings failed after only a couple of years. Leakage so bad that I needed the teeth TOTALLY redone... only, after a filling fails, you have to take out more tooth structure to fix it, therefore compromising the tooth. I found a new dentist and when I went back to show her that her work was a mess and asked if she could do anything about it, she charged me for the visit. This added insult to injury. I though I could trust her because she comes across trustworthy. That obviously doesn't make her a good dentist and her integrity is out the window when her work fails. Her response to me was that "this happens." She told me that the average life of a composite filling was not very long and that some last 3 years, some longer some shorter. I don't know about anyone else, but I really don't want to get my teeth re-filled every 2 to 3 years! I will never go back and will tell everyone I know so they don't experience the pain and suffering that I have by letting her work on my teeth.
I ranked her service very expensive because I paid for someone to destroy my teeth.

Dr. Kaiser is the best dentist all around that I have had, and I'm 69 years old! She takes care of my wife and my adult daughter was well. We all love her as of real family dentist.

I have been a patient of Jina's since she moved to Dallas from dental school in San Antonio. I moved to Southlake several years ago and Jina (and staff) are worth the drive to continue my dental care with her. Jina is very personable and professional. She hires and associates herself with excellent people (I have only had three hygentists with her in 13 years - she works hard to retain the good people!) Although I have not had any major dental problems, a friend of mine (also a patient) had extensive work done by Jina and she had nothing but great things to say. Mary and Tiffany and dolls as well!
