Why is this guy still in business??? He's a crook!!! Save your money people and go elsewhere!

I have never been to a dentist that insulted his patients over and over. Then I decided to switch to another dentist and he would not give me my x rays and records that I have paid top dollar for and are mine.

I had numerous procedures done by him including fillings and crowns. Before I moved away he told me that I HAD to have a procedure done or else I would have to have a root canal in two months. It has been two years, I saw another dentist who told me there was no need to have anything done to the crack, that they would monitor it until it caused me any issues. Dr. Landesberg has a struggling practice and will tell you that you need procedures done that don't need to be done.
During one visit to have a filing the gauze slipped down my throat, I gagged and could not breathe. After trying to make as much noise as I could to get him to stop (my mouth was propped open) I told him that I was gagging and could not breath he told me to "stop being so dramatic and get over it". I had tears running down my face. Another time I was not properly numbed before he started to work on me and when I notified him he again told me that there was no way I should be able to feel anything.
His assistants were always very nice, however they would not stay long because he treated his staff like second class citizens. How he is in business is anyone's guess. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

I have been a patient for Dr. Landesberg for a long time. I have never seen a nicer bunch of people. Dr. Landesberg and his staff are very laid back and so easy to work with.
Dr. Landesberg is very confident and makes you feel at ease.
He makes sure you are comfortable.
He has a great since of humor and he is more like a friend than a dentist.

I've been a patient of Dr. Landesberg's for over 10 years and have only had good experiences with him. I get my teeth cleaned and checked every six months and even though I needed the occasional cavity filled and I've had 2 crowns, I've never had a negative experience. I trust him completely.
