He was our family dentist for many years (about 20 years) and we were happy, until recently when he performed a root canal on my husband and it went wrong. We discovered that he does not react well when something goes wrong. He was not able to explain what caused the problem and immediately referred my husband to the emergency room which was a total waste of time and money as the emergency rooms do no longer treat emergency dental problems. My husband ended up with a very swollen face that lasted for weeks and a hole on his gum, he also lost his job as a result. The doctor was avoidant and refused to see him. We ended up spending a lot of money on several specialists and in the end they had to pull out the teeth. The doctor did not seem to care about my husband's health or the financial hardship that he created. There seems to be a problem with the anesthesia that he is using lately. He may be using too much or maybe getting it from a different vendor or cheaper somewhere else, I do not know but we really believe that my husband's problem was caused by a reaction to the anesthesia that he used for the procedure, but the doctor refused to discuss that possibility. I had a reaction myself once in his office.

I bring my children over and they love him and his assistant!! they dont cry and even though he is a general dds it would seam like he is a pedo. they are outstanding.

Have known Dr. Ramos for over 15 years. Very honest and excellent service.
