Dr Vail is the most AWSOME dentist you'll ever find! I was so scared of dentists when I met him, but he made me actually like dentists again!! The pain is minimal, he has this little way of "shaking" your lip when he gives you a shot, you barely feel it! He's got a great office staff and they make sure you're comfortable and want to come back. Thanks Dr Vail and girls for all the years of your awesome dentistry!! Now I've moved to Iowa and NO ONE compares!!!

I sought Dr. Vail on the recommendation of my primary care physician. Dr. Vail and the ladies in his office are just wonderful. He is flexible on his schedule and prefers to be a human being before a money-making professional. His staff worked with me when money was tight so that I could receive the appropriate care I needed and still be able to cover the cost. The office is a little dated and the equipment isn't the latest and greatest but major procedures are outsourced to an endodontic group. I have been to more impressive facilities but they can't come close to Dr. Vail's manner - his love for his dog, his terriffic staff, and his overall good-guy persona. If you are looking for a dentist in Dallas, Dr. Vail is great, I'm moving to another state and I'm going to miss him.
