Very bad experience, started with a recommendation of performing a biopsy in my mouth. I agreed, the dentist told me to expect a result within 6-14 days. I initially visited this office to get my teeth cleaned. After the biopsy sample was taken, I developed mouth sores on the same side as the biopsy was taken. In addition, I have not been able to chew out of that side of my mouth for almost 6 weeks. I called the office to check on the results of my biospsy at the 14 day grace period. I was treated very rudely by the office manager, who hung up the phone on me (twice) after expressing my dis-satisfaction with the office. To make a long story short, this 14 day waiting period became 5 and 1/2 weeks. The dentist told me at the biopsy recommendation that it could be cancer. I am at their mercy, with many sleepless nights. All I kept hearing was that these biopsies take up to 6 weeks. What happened to the 14 days? Hmmmm. Upon checking with other members in the medical community, anything over 6 days is excessive. By the end of the 6 week period, I finally got a call from the Dentist himself. He tells me the lab must have lost my biopsy. Great!!!! Now I have to do this all over again. Horrible experience.
