We just discovered that they double file insurance claims, they also have double charged us. Keep up with your EOBs so it doesn't happend to you. They said I owed on my acccount when I was paid up already according to what insurance said I owed. That is why I started investigating.
Also, he didn't tell me the possible consequences of a procedure, just said do you want to do it or not...He didn't know from the xray that the procedure should not have been performed. It caused major, major problems and is probably malpractice. The ENT and Oral Surgeon even said that he should not have done the procedure when they saw the xrays.

Excellent work. He has provided many Caps and fillings all with great success. His staff is friendly. I have been going to him since my previous family dentist retired and gave him the practice in the 70's.
About Hygienist: The Hygenist is new and has only cleaned my teeth twice, but appears to be good.

Dr. Williams has performed my dental neccessities for over 20 years. I cannot say enough good things about him. I have had ordinary fillings, root canals and crowns done in his office and he and his staff have made the experiences very comfortable and I would recommend him, as I have to several of my friends, to anyone needing a really good dentist.
Three years ago I had a dental emergency while on vacation, instead of going to my Brother's dentist, I flew home to see Dr. Williams. He's the only one I trust my mouth and dental needs
to. Do yourself a big favor.... Call Him!!!!!!!!!!!

Very rough and painful, not enough anasthesia as it wore off in the car on my way home and pain was unbearable. I called in to have him call me in some pain pills and 6 hours later they finally called them in to CVS pharmacy. I had a very large bruise on my face for 10 days. I spoke to the office girl and she told him and the next time he hurt me again ......even more. More bruising and same routine with pain meds. I can tolerate lots of pain but this is ridiculous. Never again.
About Hygienist: They used to have a dentist there who cleaned teeth that was super good and gentle but he left. I wish he was back.

I was treated by Dr. Williams this morning for a replacement filling and general checkup. This is a genuinely nice person and an excellent dentist. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I met him. He comes from a line of dentists who have had successful practices and life-long patients. In addition to removing a leaking filling and replacing it with state-of-the-art equipment, product and skill, he leveled a front tooth which has shown a jagged edge for ten years and which has caused me much embarrassment. His motivation could only have been professional pride as a dentist, and, I might add, he leveled it at no expense to me. This is something no professional has to do today. I highly recommend Dr. Williams and his entire staff. They were all extremely professional and highly skilled. I am recommending Dr. Williams to all my associates, family and friends. Incidentally, he is the dentist for some of the top lawyers and litigators in Dallas. If anything says he is excellent at his profession, that certainly does. What a wonderful experience, if going to the dentist can be so described.
About Hygienist: Dr. Ramsey cleaned my teeth painlessly. Both Dr. Ramsey and Dr. Williams are conservative in their approach, which I certainly appreciate. I think I found my new life-long dentist practice.

Dr. Williams has been my dentist for several years. He and his staff have performed a variety of services for me, including crown and bridge work and whitening. I was extremely satisfied with all his services and recommend him highly. The quality is great; fun staff; outstanding interpersonal skills (he comes across as an ordinary guy); excellent sensitivity and ability to maximize comfort; and, finally, he is sensitive to patient costs and good at suggesting affordable alternatives. His pricing seems extremely good, although I honestly haven't done extensive comparison shopping. It's important to note that I'm extremely demanding as a customer, have had numerous dentists, and would recommend him to anyone.
