I arrived at 8am and left sometime after 2 pm. While I was there, I had a crown made and put on, x-Rays taken, replacement of a filling,& my teeth (somewhat) cleaned. I feel like I spent the majority of my time waiting in a chair in the exam room or out in the waiting area. During the time that Dr. Deacon was (I assume) prepping my tooth for a crown, she was gossiping about one of the office workers & seemed to be more concerned about what they were ordering for lunch than anything else. She also seemed to have too many appointments for one dentist, & every dental hygienist or office manager that was there that day somehow assisted in my dental work. There seemed to be a lack of organization in who was supposed to be where doing what. After having my crown put on, I was in severe tooth pain three days later & went to another dentist for a second opinion. Said dentist referred me to an endodontist for a root canal on the tooth I just had a crown put on! Then the endodontist highly recommends I replace the crown I just had put on because it wasn't the best quality/put on too well! In short, after spending 6 long, painful hours at Dr. Deacon's office and several hundred (apparently useless) dollars later, I will not be returning!!
About Front Desk: I didn't realize she was the office manager because she assisted in most of my dental work, but Sandra was awesome and offered me something to eat since I had been there so long.

About Hygienist: I'm not sure who exactly my hygienist was because I saw so many, but each one I did see was very friendly. They made this traumatic experience a little better.

alot of turn over. She goes thru people in her office more than any office i have been to. Her new office manager is horrible and smells like a walking cigarette. The associate must have gotten tired of her to because hes no longer there.
About Front Desk: soo many new faces. She has alot of turn over in the last 5 years. Im very disappointed and will not refer anyone to her.
About Hygienist: now kelli is amazing and shes the only one left out of the amazing group Dr. Deacon had for 2 years.

Dr Deacon is patient, very accommodating, and very professional. She does good work. Myself and my two children have been patients of hers for years. Dr Deacon has removed teeth for my kids. Dr Deacon has done extensive work on me as well, including caps, and fills. I have also recommended her to many people.

I went for cleaning and the dental hygienist was great!!! Dr. Deacon's Office gave me a detailed write up of the work i needed and how much it would cost me.

Dr. Deacon is a very professional, kind, gentle, laid back, and very caring before and after the fact. Her fees are very competitive and even offers a discount in January. She tells you every step of the way on what she is doing and you can ask any question. She put me at ease and I now look forward to my visit. Her chair-side manners is great; very soft spoken, calm, and has a sense of humor . The hygienist is great too; no complaints. Her reception area is like a garden room with soft music playing throughout the office and her staff is EXCEPTIONAL. The front desk also took care of the filing of both insurances for us. The staff is very friendly and personable. As far as the dental veneers goes she did an excellent job, no pain and they look tremendous! Her office also called to tell me Not TO COME when when there was sleet on the ground. How many other Dr.'s do you know of that would do that? She is very interested in the well being of her patients. She even offers a free hand wax and a neck massage if needed. My husband and I just moved 6 hours away and WILL continue to come to her for our dental needs. Where has she been all these years? She is highly recommendended !! Why are you waiting, call her today

Dr. Beverly Deacon is very unprofessional. She does not work well with kids at all. I was very disappointed from start to finished. Eventhough, she never finished the job. She walked out without saying anything to us. Her assist came in a recommended another dentist. When my child left there she was traumatized. I do not recommed her to anyone at all.
