I made an appt for my son with Dr. Bejarano but was seen by another dentist w/out previous notice. My son was leaving back to school the next day so we had no choice, but the dentist turned out to be nice and his work was satisfactory. My issue with this practice was the billing portion, I declined to sign a form stating I would pay for charges that the insurance wouldn't cover. If I didn't sign, my son would not receive services. I specifcally told the clerk to check with the insurance BEFORE any treatment began to see what I could afford, we waited for quite awhile before she gave me the prices the insurance would cover. She did state it was an estimate but with her experience I probably would end up with a small balance if any at all. I have been to other dentists and never had this issue come up. When I received a statement for a balance due, which was over $100, I called their office and they stated I would have to pay or I would be sent to collections with added interest fees. I was very upset but didn't want to ruin my credit so I stopped by their eastside office and they wouldn't take my payment because services were rendered at the central office. I called the next day and asked for the office manager, what a mistake!
About Front Desk: I spoke to Elaine, so called office manager, who I didn't appreciate her condescending manner! She assured me that my insurance was contacted to appeal the charges that is their routine for all claims. I called my insurance and an appeal was never submitted which makes her a LIAR! And yes I was sent to collections. My advice seek a dentist with an honest staff and allows you to make a payment at whatever location is convient to the customer, stay away from this practice!

He is the best doctor I have ever had work on me. He helps me understand what procedures will be done and how long i can anticipate for eveything to last. His staff is remarkable they are so friendly and they are always smiling. I recommend that if you need any dental work you go see Dr Bejarano. He practices in Las Vegas,Nevada and in El Paso,Texas.
