I had x rays and exam. It's a beautiful office. Furnished with perfection. Dr. Castro however disappointed me greatly by refusing to give me a referral to an oral surgeon he was not familiar with. Very kind when receiving your payment, not so kind when I asked for a referral to an oral surgeon he "wasnt familiar with. "

office staff is terrible, I was told I needed all this work every time I go in. I get the work done and apparently they find more! I went to a new dentist and I have 1 filling that needs to be redone, not 5 or 6 that are decayed. I will not go back. Terrible and shoddy practice.
About Front Desk: Terrible, ignorant, rude. I cannot think of enough words to describe the lack of customer service here.

He was very kind and understanding, unfortunately he was unable to do the procedure I required because he didn't do those kinds of root canals, which I thought was sad because I really wanted him to do all the work. I will hope to see him again once I get the serious stuff done first.

I am so happy with my teeth that I just can not stop smiling!!!. I have a hollywood smile thanks to Dr. Castro & his profesional staff.They had no problem answering any questions or concerns, I was so nervous, but the hole treatment was pain free, even Dr. Castro gave me his home phone number to call him over the weekend after my dental treatment was done, in case I had any problems. I had 6 veneers on my upper fron teeth, and also had the laser 1 hour teeth whitening. It's amazing what new technology can do. I would recommend Dr. castro to any body.
