I would not recommend this dental office/dentist, i waited 3hrs to see dentist, Dr. Tippin visits office once a month, the other dentist (Apilado) is the worst dentist I've encountered.

My three year old daughter had her four front teeth crowned and filled in with dr tippin about 8 months ago and the fillings have come out for the second time. Right after the fillings came out soon after came the crowns themselves. Dr. Tippin is not kid friendly, my daughter was scared of the needles to numb her mouth and he just got frustrated and said she needs to go to the surgical center. I don't recommend this dentist to anyone!!

Relatively good staff, though you rarely actually see Dr. Tippin, but when I received the cost I was surprised how much it cost even with insurance.

From making my appointment to leaving the office pain free, I have to say that my treatment was superior! The staff was very professional, the office was clean and inviting, and all was complete in a timely manner, The explaination of the treatment and cost were both accurate.

I was just surprise at the diffrent invironment, im so glad there under new management and new staff.
i felt that they really care about me as a pt , i was in and treatment done the same day !! love the new remodeling!!!

I took my 3 children to Dr Tippin.. and it was great expierience! My children were treated with kindness and patience. The staff there were very attentive and helpful. My children are excited to go back and look forward for their next visit... Two thumbs UP! :))

Terrible experience, awful customer service. They took our money and after the treatment appointment went wrong, the doctor refused to talk to us. Will never go back nor refer anybody there! Got a refund for a portion of the services and went somewhere else.

Going to the dentist is not a pleasant experience, however I found Dr. Tippin and his staff to be exactly what I needed in a dentist. They were efficient, professional, and courteous. I plan on making them our permanent family dentist.
