Have been seeing Dr. Williams for years and have had several crowns done. They are great. There was no pain and I am very happy with him and his staff. I have even seen a specialist for other work and they were impressed with his work.

This dentist was not able to see me about a severe tooth ache for almost a week. He was simply not there and had no backup. When I did get in, I asked if he could just pull the tooth. He said no, that's not what he does. When I questioned him he just left his office. I was in pain and confused. I asked if I could just have my x-ray and find another dentist and he told me it would take 30 days. Of course, after he thought over the weekend he decided he would miraculously be able to send them to a dentist of my choice. I have never had a dentist I was unhappy with. Dr. Williams was the worst dentist I have ever had the misfortune of meeting.
About Hygienist: Terrific hygenists. They did a great job on my kids.

Had a crown done by dr. williams 2 years ago and when I went to another dentist a few months after the crown was put in the second dentist told me there was a pin hole in my crown. I went back to Dr. Williams and he was very upset with the other dentist and told me there was nothing wrong with the crown. Now I have to have the crown replaced because of the possibility that food will start going into the hole.
Dr Williams also charged me for the visit when I went to have him look at the crown he had just placed.
