I saw Dr. Clapner for the first time a little over two years ago. Up until that point, I had not seen a dentist for about 15 years. Outrageous, right? You can imagine what kind of mess and pain I was in when I finally dragged myself into her dentist office. I was terrified of what was going to happen. The only frame of reference that I had was the experience I had about 15 years prior which was horrifying. From the minute that I walked into her office, EVERYONE made me feel so comfortable. The receptionist was pleasant and the techs were knowledgeable. And finally, Dr. Clapner was great. Her voice is soothing and she was very kind and gentle. She made sure that I was comfortable at all times. I really did enjoy my visit. I never in a million years imagined saying that about a dentist. I do recommend Dr. Gayle Clappner.
