this was a joke of an office!!! Dirty , broken equipement, ridiculous from start t finish. The office manager is rude. The office is in disrepair. Equipement held together with electrical tape. Dr Cockerell didn't seem to care if I was there or not. The crowns he did never fit. and were never made right. But they certainly want payment. I would never recommend this experience to anyone!

Nice dentist, great staff but he moved locations and the new office is old, falling apart and seems dirty. He's great as far as hard sales, he's not pushy like some. Just pay your bill on time! His wife does their billing and will write rude notes like send your check today on your statements! She also stapled them which I found odd.
About Hygienist: Cleaning tech did great and their young girl you front seemed to know insurance very well. Hopefully she will teach the wife a thing or two.

I liked Dr Cockerell we were sent by our dentist and Dr Crockell
was very sweet and caring to our special needs daughter.
But his front office was rude and not helpful and very disrespectful, There is no excuse to be that rude.
So for thst reason I would not go back,

Dr Cockrell was personally attentive and gentle in his work. Refreshing personality to have in a professional, being one myself.
