The best dentist I have ever been to. Amazing with my children.
The staff are absolutely amazing. Facilities very clean.
I enjoy my visits always. Have had x-rays, cleaning, filling and
root canal). Dr Hans is a perfectionist.

By far the worst dentist experience Ive ever had. She kept pushing for me to get all these teeth drilled, that other dentists said were perfectly fine - oh and that was years ago and still no caries have appeared in those teeth "that really needed fillings". My experience was that she took no quality time to answer my questions or concerns properly and was generally dismissive. Regrettably I let her do some big work on a tooth & then I immediately had a Staphylococcus infection around that tooth & it spread into my jaw bone - I had to seek ALOT of treatment to get on top of that aggressive infection - treatment that I obviously went somewhere else for. Staphylococcus really!?! I have found some wonderful dentists since my unfavorable experience with Dr Hans and now I fully realize what a truly bad experience it was for me going to her for "treatment". I guess hindsight is 20/20. Needless to say I will never be going back to this dentist, ever.

I can't say enough of Dr. Hans. She is a confident, dentist, friend, mother all in one!
To say she is a beautiful person is a severe understatement.
I would recommend anyone looking for a Family Dentist to go to her. If she is out of your area, it is well worth the drive.
Me and my family live in Plano and we drive all the way to her office!

my experience at basswood family dental was amazing. i was treated with such courtesy and professionalism. equally impressed with dr harveen hans herself. i felt so comfortable there considering the that i "did" once despise going to the dentist, any dentist. anyhow, i rant and rave to all about my experience there and refer all of my friends, coworkers and family to dr harveen hans.

Albeit a smaller office, their attention to detail and the customer experience was very satisfying. This is my first time commenting or rating just about anything so it I hope this speaks to my overall satisfaction with both the staff and Harveen herself as being professional, honest and courteous to my family during our visits. There are monitors attached to each of the chairs the dentist may project either the procedure as it is happening in real-time or simply to enjoy watching a television. This added touch attests to their attention to the customer experience.
