All of my siblings, as well as my parents, get their dental work completed by Dr. Helmer. I am always anxious about dental work, but Dr. Helmer and his staff put me greatly at ease (no small feat!) I completely appreciate his professionalism and competence!! He is thorough and gentle. He is a dentist who also volunteers internationally in his spare time. His dental practice is comfortable, clean, and conveniently located with excellent parking. In addition, I once went to a dentist while living in Washington, D.C. He took one look in my mouth and was so impressed that he asked me for the name of my dentist in Fort Worth so that he could refer any of his patients relocating to D/FW to Dr. Helmer.
About Hygienist: All of the hygienists working in Dr. Helmer's office are gentle, thorough, and competent!

Dr. Helmer truly cares about the outcome. However, he really cares about the person. He defines family dentistry. He truly is a smile maker. I would recommend Dr. Helmer to any of my friends. I don't need to recommend him to my family, because we all get to see him. His staff is top notch. They treat you as if you are their most important patient, and a friend. It is a comfortable environment. No need to be nervous! I totally put my trust in him to make the right decisions about the health of my mouth. :-) If you could only see my before and after photos, you would certainly understand my enthusiasm. I smile constantly, thanks to Dr. Helmer and friends.
