Dr. Miles used to provide great dental care when I first began to see him. However, now he's hired kids to run the office and the service has really deteriorated to the point that I've had to switch dentists. He has a brand-new rookie (25-year-old giggling girl) as well as a Middle Eastern guy who are both rough and unprofessional. The office staff also was unprofessional: they didn't understand GEHA insurance, and they kept overcharging us for a bill we'd already paid. Plus, they sold me a dental rinse that only served to stain my teeth, creating more cavity problems between my teeth.
About Hygienist: She was Simon Legree's sister! She was extremely rough (My gums hurt for days after she cleaned my teeth--jabbing my gums with a sadistic glee.) I was crying when I left because she hurt me so bad. I'll never go back...Never!

Dr. Miles numbed the upper left side of my mouth and started drilling a tooth on the upper right side. In short, he drilled the wrong tooth (a perfectly good tooth) on the wrong side of my mouth. My recommendation is to avoid his services.

This is the best in the area. Great customer service, unbeliveable prices for a dentis, clean facilities, Spanish is provided, and the Dr. is very sensitive to patients' needs, and really didactic.

I have seen this dentist to have 2 teeth removed. His chairside manner is somewhat rough, and his staff is never in any hurry to get you seated and out of there. Had to wait well past appointment time every visit.
Last extraction, as it was healing a piece of bone came thru my gums (which is not all that unusual) and they cut my gums all up with hardly any pain reliever, took forever, then1 week later it was apparent that the bone is still sticking out of my gums. Oh, also, the painful sloppy stitches were so lose they caused sore spots under my tongue and by my cheeks on the inside.

Dr. Miles has a very professional staff, and I have been extremely pleased with all of their services for 4 years now. I have recommended them quite a few times to others.
