This is my second review. The first one has been taken off. I worked in this office. I know what goes on, and the reviews on every website are all the same. Please be careful. The staff is nice, accommodating, and she is very nice and attentive. However, what patients don't know or see is the way the office is ran, extra charges, work that is not up to standards, and not a good environment. I am not an upset ex employee. I have dental field awhile. Just because a dentist is nice and accommodating doesn't mean they are a good dentist.

About Front Desk: Always nice and accommodating.

About Hygienist: She does the cleanings. Also another red flag. Most reputable dental offices have and pay for a hygienist who has went to two full years of college to just clean teeth.

My husband went in for an extraction and left cracked pieces of teeth in the cavity. one piece came out a couple years later. Having to have the others removed before a worse infection happens.

Dr. Paulus is available not only for routine care but is available for dental emergencies. She is wonderful at developing the right treatment plan even if it means recommending another doctor for a procedure.

Dr Paulus was very friendly. She made a big effort to try and make me as comfortable as possible as she kept me well informed though out the procedure.

I went to dr.paulus office general dentistry. She did her evaluation and the specific treatment im commenting on is a cap on a molar. She seemed to rushed trying to serve too many patients at one time. I insisted on treatment on the one problem giving me pain. She put a temp on my tooth that didn't last 2 days. When Icame in to have it replaced she couldn't or wouldn't she had someone who didn't know what she was doing do it. That didn't last either. When she did the permanent she did not give me anything for pain and said herself " I gues i should have giving u somethin for pain." I agreed but it was too late! I had to go to another dentist to have it done right,because I was still having pain weeks later. She did honor my dental plan!
